Souven is a trading brand operated by Watd Technologies, Commercial Registration 1010829423, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The product

Souven currently offers made-to-order full-body Figurines. The result is an intentional artistic interpretation, not a photorealistic replica. Size, color, and detail may include small, normal manufacturing variations.

Size accuracy

We aim to deliver the size you selected. Because 3D printing is a physical manufacturing process, the finished piece may differ from the requested size by up to 1 cm in either direction. A variation within that tolerance is not a defect or a nonconformity.

Photos and rights

You must have the right to use submitted photos, artwork, and ideas and obtain the subject's consent where appropriate. You may not upload unlawful material or content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or another person's rights.

The 3D preview

You get 3 free design images and, after you approve the art direction, 1 free full-color interactive 3D preview. Each SAR 25 credit pack adds 3 images and 1 3D preview; unused credit does not carry over to the next pack. A credit pack is a separate purchase and is not deducted from the product price. A successful purchase restores the free 3D preview for your next design cycle. Design deposits paid before 1 October 2026 are still credited to the product price.

Approval and payment

A 10 cm character costs SAR 299 for GCC orders or USD 79 for international orders. After approving your 3D model, you can choose any height up to 15 cm; larger sizes are priced by your design’s volume and shown before payment. Delivery is added at checkout and included in the total you pay. VAT is not charged because the operator is not currently VAT registered. Before payment, you approve the exact 3D model and separately review the size, piece price, address, and policies. After authoritative payment confirmation, we reuse the approved files for manufacturing checks without generating a different model or charging another generation.

Manufacturing and delivery

Delivery is paid at checkout with your order, and we confirm delivery timing before manufacturing starts. We review printability and files before supplier submission and save the agreed delivery window on the order.

Creator collectibles

A creator collectible may have a different price from a personal commission. You choose a size and review the piece price and creator name before paying. The piece is made after ordering; delivery cost and timing are confirmed separately before manufacturing. Buyer cancellation, return, and remedy rights remain governed by applicable law. A creator's approval of a sample is not treated as the buyer's approval of a personal 3D commission.

Changes and cancellation

You may request changes within your available attempts before approval. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after you approve the model and manufacturing begins because the piece is made to order, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

Defects and remakes

For delivery damage, a material manufacturing defect, or significant nonconformity, open a support case with the order number and clear photos. Our first remedy is a no-cost remake; a refund applies if a remake is impossible, fails, creates unreasonable additional delay, or is legally required.

Safety and care

The decorative resin collectible is fragile and may contain small or protruding parts. Keep it away from young children, heat, and direct sunlight. Report any product-safety concern immediately.

Marketing communications

By creating an account or signing in to Souven, you consent to receive promotional and marketing communications from us about our products and offers. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by writing to support@souven.co.

Unpurchased designs

Generating image previews and 3D models with AI carries a real cost to Souven. If you do not complete a purchase of the Figurine you designed within seven days of the time the design was generated, Souven may use that design in its marketing, including emails, the website homepage, and social media. A design you have purchased is never used for this purpose.

Complimentary generations and commercial use

1. Complimentary Generations: Souven may provide eligible users with complimentary AI-generated 3D models. In exchange for this complimentary service, you agree to the commercial-use license described below.

2. Seven-Day Private Period: Your complimentary model remains private for seven (7) days following its generation. During this period, you may purchase your model to prevent Souven from commercially publishing or selling it.

3. Commercial-Use License: By requesting a complimentary generation, you grant Souven a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly display, advertise, manufacture, distribute and commercially sell your generated model and physical products derived from it. This license includes any rights you hold in your submitted materials to the extent necessary for these permitted activities. Souven may begin exercising these commercial rights after the seven-day private period expires, provided you have not purchased your model or otherwise secured its privacy under the applicable purchase terms.

4. Optional Commercial Use: Souven retains complete discretion over whether to feature, modify, manufacture, advertise, distribute or sell an eligible complimentary model. Souven is under no obligation to publish, manufacture or commercially exploit any generated model.

5. Purchasing Your Model: Purchasing your model during its seven-day private period prevents Souven from exercising the commercial-use rights described in Section 3. Souven will not independently list, advertise or sell your purchased model or physical products derived from it without your separate permission. Purchasing your model does not automatically transfer third-party intellectual-property rights or guarantee copyright protection.

6. Original Content: You retain any intellectual-property rights you hold in your original submitted materials. By submitting materials, you confirm that you possess the rights and permissions necessary to grant the license described above.

7. Privacy: Souven's commercial-use license does not authorize the public disclosure of your private account information. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Review and Removal: Souven may reject, withhold, remove or discontinue the commercial use of any model at its discretion, including where intellectual-property, privacy, safety or other legal concerns arise.
