Yes. You first review a design proof, then create and rotate a complete full-color 3D preview before paying for the order. Manufacturing begins only after you approve the model and complete payment.

You review the 3D model before you order. If the model is clearly broken, open a support case and we will review it with you; we may redo it. For a different style, start a new design from your allowance: you get 3 design images and 1 interactive 3D model free, and a 25 credit pack adds 3 more images and 1 more 3D model. Credit packs are a separate purchase and are not deducted from the order.

Upload one clear JPEG, PNG, or WebP photo or drawing, or describe one original character without an image.

A 10 cm character costs 299 for GCC orders or USD 79 for international orders. After approving your 3D model, you can choose any height up to 15 cm; larger sizes are priced by your design’s volume and shown before payment. Delivery is added at checkout, so you see the full total before you pay. VAT is not charged because the operator is not currently VAT registered.

Start with one person, pet, drawing, creature, or original character. Each new commission contains one subject.

We use uploads only to fulfill your order and keep them in private storage. We do not use them for marketing without separate, explicit consent. Our default operational policy deletes source photos 30 days after delivery unless support, remake, or legal obligations apply.

You choose your delivery at checkout. With Express it arrives in about a week; Standard and Economy cost less and take longer. You see the expected arrival dates for each option before you pay, your order page keeps them alongside production progress, and we’ll tell you about any delay.

Change-of-mind returns are unavailable after you approve the model and manufacturing begins because it is made to order. If it arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved model, open a support case. We first provide a no-cost remake, or a refund when a remake is impossible or does not resolve the issue.
