Price and coverage
A 10 cm character costs SAR 299 for GCC orders or USD 79 for international orders. After approving your 3D model, you can choose any height up to 15 cm; larger sizes are priced by your design’s volume and shown before payment. Delivery is added at checkout and included in the total before you pay. GCC cards are processed by Moyasar; international cards use Whop’s secure checkout where available.
Delivery options and timing
At checkout we show the delivery options available for your address, such as Economy, Standard and Express, each with the carrier’s price and an expected arrival date. Timing includes making your piece (usually 5–9 days after payment) plus the carrier’s quoted transit in business days. With Express most orders arrive in about a week. The expected arrival for the option you choose is saved on your order page and non-tax order invoice. If live prices are unavailable at checkout, a flat standard delivery charge is shown before payment and we confirm timing after payment.
Address
Review the recipient, mobile number, and Saudi Short Address before payment. An incomplete or incorrect address may cause delay outside the promised window.
Tracking and delays
We send tracking details when available. If the promised window is exceeded, we send the reason, revised estimate, and the support or cancellation remedy available for that case.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the package and piece on delivery. For visible transit damage, photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours where possible. This evidence window does not waive mandatory rights or latent defects.
